Respiratory Issues

My son gets respiratory distress normally in the winters but sometimes in this humid weather. He is a severely allergic child and his sinusitis turn blue. And he gets coughing fits which need to be treated with Atem and Clenil and if that doesn’t control it he gets an antibiotic injection which is the case if he has to rush to emergency. Any good asthma specialist or lung specialist for children in Islamabad?
