Rough coughing

I got rough coughing (with very harsh sound feel bass in lungs) since one month. Try every syrup and tabs(Selora and Sokast(salts:1 desloratadine 2:montelukast sodium) as suggest by doctor.but it got me temporarily relief only. Can you guys please suggest me a better solution? Note: i’m athletic person i didn't suffer any Respiration issue. I often do sprints in park daily. this issue started 3 months back when Smog issue appeared in Lahore.

Before we can treat you further I would suggest that you get a chest Xray PA view and if you have any sputum then perform a sputum DR and culture( available at any good lab) then meet our pulmonologist in the clinic with reports. These do not seem like regular allergies and perhaps you need a more detailed course of treatment. Good luck
