Routine Checkup

As we all know that now a days, it is very common for someone to hear that he/she is attacked by the life threatening disease. So, to be on the safer sides, we should always go for routine checkups. Now my query is that what are the tests that we should go for if we are doing yearly checkup? Which test should be done to check for cancer and likewise?

There are a bunch of basic tests done to rule out infections, anemia, blood disorders and general chest and abdominal wellbeing before specialized tests like biopsy and all are done for more serious ailments.
In the lack of any kind of symptoms doing any tests is an economic and mental burden for you.
You could
-brisk walk for 20mins atleast thrice/wk
- take 12-14 glasses water
-eat one serving of assorted veggies and fruits each daily.
-take fish oil capsule (halal) once/day
- sleep early and wake up early.
-eat small meals rather than big,
-avoid cigs, drugs etc
