My husband is right now suffering from diffuse severe back pain initially he complained me diffuse abdominal pain, I have given him gaviscon and risek that it might be heartburn
But his backache is terrible too I have given him tramadol too but still not relieved
He has no comorbidities and is a healthy guy.
If the pain is terrible kindly go to the nearest ER and get his BP checked and ECG done. Sometimes cardiac issues can appear as gastric issues in completely healthy people. Meanwhile, apply voltral gel or any pain relieving gel you may have. Give him an aspirin 325 mg to chew and swallow if available.
