Severe Flu and nose block

Asked for Female, 29 years

23 years old female suffering from severe flu , Blockage of nasal sinuses and Both ears because of flu. Unmarried no past medical history. Kindly suggest some medicines for early relief of symptoms. Other than augmentin.

Dear Patient,

Give her tablet kestene once at night for 1 wk. Ear and sinus blockage can only be relieved with steam with vicks or cloves 3 timea a day. Gargle with 1 tsp of salt after every meal. If there is pain or fever give Panadol (2 tablets as needed).
Apply vicks to chest and feet and wear socks at bedtime. Do this for a week. If symptoms arent relieved kindly see a medical specialist.
