Severe headaches

Is this the first time that you have experienced high blood pressure, please at least share two more readings with us taken at least 24hrs apart at a similar time. Your bp is indeed high n could be causing the headache but we need two readings before we can start treatment. Are you pregnant or ve diabetes? Any meds you're on?
- take low salt in your diet
- avoid long and sudden exposures of sunlight/ac
- take 12-14 glasses of water on average
- take one serving of fruit and vegetable each daily
- for headache take 2 tablets of panadol As needed
- avoid foods rich in spice and oil
