Should I stop medicine?

My last menstruation date was 7 July but I didn't get my periods, on 8 July my beta HCG was 71 but after 5 days I have a red spot and my beta HCG was decreased. My doctor asked me to wait for zero beta HCG and after that, if I don't get my period should start progyluton as I'm PCOS. I'm taking progyluton for last 7 days and last night I have started bleeding now should I continue remaining tablets or skip them?
