Congratulations on this decision. You will not regret it long term. For the hard stool take 1 tbsp ispaghol husk mixed in warm milk n honey before bed daily. Take 1tab colofac before meals for pain. It would be good to find a replacement activity to keep your nerves calm and your mouth occupied like chewing gum, snacking on nuts, etc I'm attaching some articles that will be helpful.
