I want to ask if we have spotting issue in pregnancy and scan is always fine no complications, is vaginal cream safe for vaginal infection?? Will it cause any harm to the cervix?

If your reports are normal and you experience some spotting its best to just rest. This doesnt indicate an infection. Kindly do not apply any extra medications to any parts of your body during pregnancy as they may harm you or fetus. Its best to consult your gyne with reports of your Urine Dr and recent pelvic ultrasound
