Patient age 23 Unmarried Stomach issue, Hand & Feet burn, White Coated Tongue, Heartburn, Nausea bitter and Salty taste Of mouth. What should be done for all these symptoms?

Dear Patient,

Kindly get an h.pylori test done. Work on your oral hygiene.Take less spicy n oily food.
Start capsule nexum 20mg half hr before breakfast for 30 days and take short 6 meals. Avoid acidic food like a cold drink, tea, and coffee.
Gargle and rinse mouth with nilstat drops for 15 days.
