Taste Buds Deficiency

For the last 2-3 months, I'm suffering from taste buds deficiency, especially sweet one. I can't even enjoy my food. Sometimes feel tongue burns like when you take a hot sip of tea etc. Having no previous medical history. No BP, sugar etc.
