Tasting problem

My mother feels too much salt in every food but actually salt quantity is very low if someone else tastes the same food... what can be the reason of this feeling of excessive salt. she is 60 with no health issue ALHUMDULILLAH..

Dear Patient,

I have reason to believe she may have high blood pressure. Kindly check her blood pressure on the days (it should be below 130/90) when she complains of this. Give her food wrih less salt, encourage her to walk 20-30mins/dy, ask her to have fruits and vegetables daily, 14 glasses of water/day atleast- these measures should be taken even if she has no bp. If these measures can keep her bp in control then this is okay otherwise medications will need to be started.
