Uterus problem

I have a doubt that I might have uterus prolapse. I don't have major symptoms.. but some mass visible. Now my question is what are initial treatment available for this problem, and what precautions are needed.

I'm sorry to hear that. Why do you feel like that? Have you had any prolapse in the past? Is there any bleeding or spotting? Are your married, do you have any kids and how did you deliver them? Is it possible to see a gynecologist to this as a prolapsed uterus is not something you can manage on your own?
