Vaginal Burning

Asked for Female, 61 years

It's been 19 years my mother has a vaginal burning issue, we got her uterus removed as well. But again the issue is still there, nowadays she's having extreme vaginal burning, frequent urine issue, UTI. She's having bladder issue. When the burning period start she cry her lungs out Please help me on what to do? And please suggest who's the best for this problem.
