Vitamin Deficiency

I took Vitamin D deficiency medicine. Now I did the test and it showed vitamin d toxicity. The value is 107.52. What should I do to lower it?

Dear Patient,

Please discontinue vitamin D immediately and stop any calcium supplements. Reduce your intake of dairy products. Have lots of water. if possible see a medical specialist. You may be given some drips to get the vitamin D out of your system.
