Weak Eyesight after Pregnancy

Assalam o Alaikum. I had my 2nd c sec last year and after delivery my eyesight got weak. I always feel the heavy head and head and neck tightness after delivery and always having like crack sounds from neck and head I'm too much uncomfortable please guide me in this regard

I'm sorry to hear that. Did you take any multivitamins during and after delivery? There are also many formula milk powders to supplement pregnant n lactating mother's. We recommend you take any good health supplement like Surbex Z and calciplus daily for atleast 4months. Also, test your vitamin D levels.
Eat foods rich in vitamin A like carrots for poor eyesight.
