Weakness and Depression

Asked for Female, 42 years

Help needed for a lady aged 38 years. Her weight is 50 and height is 5 ft 3 inches mother of three kids A year ago she was 58, but now she looks very skinny feels weakness and she was going through little depression as well. She went to the doctor but the doctor just did CBC in which Hb was 10.7. Nothing more and gave ferroglobin Kindly help... Should she has to visit another doctor or any suggestions
