About Dr. Khalid Ahmed Khalil
Dr Khalil is an adult invasive cardiologist. After graduating from Dow Medical College, Karachi (1973), he undertook training at the Mayo Clinic, Rochester and at the University Of California San Francisco, as a visiting physician. He has also worked at the National Institute of Cardiovascular Diseases, Karachi. His special interest has been echocardiography and he is one of the pioneers in introducing non-invasive cardiology Echo, ETT, and Holter Monitoring Lab in the private sector. He has over 43 years of experience, which includes serving as the chief of medical services in several public sector organisations. He is a member of the American Society of Echocardiology and the International Society of Cardiovascular Ultrasound.
