Dr Abdullah Ahmed Badshah has 18 years of extensive medical experience. He qualified from the renowned Dow Medical College, University of Karachi, Pakistan and he completed his initial medical training from Scotland. He had an opportunity to rotate through diverse medical fields and he gained invaluable experience in various specialities including Cardiology, General Medicine, Psychiatry and Accident and Emergency.
After his initial training, he completed his ECFMG certificate and gained residency in Internal Medicine in Utah, U.S.A. He later moved back to the U.K where he was offered a place on a prestigious and competitive General Physician programme in Northwest London NHS Trust and gained his Membership from the Royal College in 2012.
During his training he developed a special interest in Dermatology and hair and scalp diseases. He completed his Masters in clinical dermatology from the St John’s institute of Dermatology, Guy’s King’s & St Thomas’ Hospitals School of Medicine, University of London. As a part of his post graduate training, he also worked with some very well known figures in Dermatology and together wrote a thesis on ‘vitiligo’.
Dr Abdullah Ahmed Badshah then went on to specialise further in hair restoration surgery and hair and scalp disease from the University Of Athens, Greece. He is also associated with the Institute of Trichology London. He is a keen traveller and performs procedures in various parts of the world. To relax, he enjoys spending time with his friends and four children.
