Dr. Mariam Iqbal is a Gynecologist and Obstetrician in Lahore with experience of 17 years. She has worked at multiple hospitals during her time and is currently a Consultant Gynecologist at Hameed Latif Hospital and an Assistant Professor at Rashid Latif Medical College. She has worked in hospitals across the country and has worked with the latest technology available in Gynecology.

Qualifications

Dr. Mariam Iqbal finished her MBBS from Baqai Medical College. She then finished her MHPE at Agha Khan University and her FCPS (Gynecology and Obstetrics) from the College of Physicians and Surgeons. She also has a Postgraduate Diploma in IVF and Reproductive Medicine and did her Master in Hysteroscopy from Germany.

Dr. Mariam Iqbal has over 17 years of experience; therefore she is quite an expert in her field. She is currently working as a Consultant Gynecologist at Hameed Latif Hospital and has been a part of the Minimally Invasive Gynecological Surgery Unit (MIGSU) unit at Rashid Latif Group of Gynecologists. She has previously worked at Liaqat National Hospital in Karachi, Services Hospital in Lahore, and Nishtar Hospital in Multan as well. She mentions when this treatment was first used in the world and then in Pakistan. She has told viewers how Hameed Latif Hospital has a special unit to treat Gynecology related issues through laser. She then went on to mentioning the benefits of laser treatment.

As she has been in her field for many years, Dr. Mariam Iqbal has become an incredibly adept Gynecologist. She chose to specialize and finish her Masters certification in Health Professions Education (MHPE) from Agha Khan University to perfect her qualifications.
