How to use Amtas tablet 10mg / 40mg?
- Swallow the tablet whole with water, at the same time each day.
- Take Amtas with or without food, based on your doctor's advice.
- Do not crush or split the tablet unless your doctor says it is safe.
- Check your blood pressure regularly while on this medicine.
- Continue taking this medicine even if you feel well, unless your doctor advises otherwise.
Drug Interactions
- ACE inhibitors: Combining with drugs like enalapril or lisinopril raises the risk of kidney problems and high potassium.
- Potassium sparing diuretics: Using with spironolactone or similar drugs can push potassium levels too high.
