What are the symptoms of high cholesterol? I have swelling on my hands, foot, and eyes and feel a headache all day. Please tell me what should I do for this?

I had been having severe flu from December.I visited a doctor and he prescribed me the medicine cardaxen & pinton & instructed to take these drugs with sweet milk before bed time for 15 days.I did so but didn't saw any changes or recovery. Next month I went to another ENT.He prescribed Nasomet , kestine & freehale & instructed to take these for 15 days. I quickly recovered by the mid of March. Now again from past week I am facing sneezig, flu, clogged nose along with bleeding from nose.

I had been bitten by my pet cat 2 months ago. Since then the scars of her nails and teeth on the my skin are not recovering. Kindly suggest an ointment for quick recovery of these scars and marks. (Currently I am using Mycitracin). Also my cat is vaccinated.

(Patient history: female Age 27 Laparoscopy has done for gallbladder removal surgery in Feb. ) I am facing itchy skin for a month now... Itching on face and hands most of the time. Doc got my LFT done and it was all fine. I am keeping myself hydrated, applying moisturizer once in a day but still its uncomfortable. I want to ask a question about my daughter who is 2.5 years old. Since the last 3 to 4 months she complains some problem in her eyes suddenly she starts to rub her eyes & then starts crying. During that time she does not remove her hands from eyes. I visited to eye specialist & he said there is no prob just wash her hands & face with soap. Now I'm taking special care & wash her face time to time but prob is still here. I'm too much-worried please tell me whats reason behind this.

Having a sore throat and noticed a pea sized lump behind my ear(immovable) day before yesterday. No pain in the lump. I know It could be a swollen lymph node but want to take an opinion on it.

My son is three and a half year old and his skin is sensitive to mosquito bites. He has water bumps after mosquito bite which take 8-10 days to recover. I have consulted skin specialists and they have recommended Fucidin H with anti-allergy syrup. All of them have advised protecting from a mosquito. Just want to know any permanent solution to the problem as avoiding mosquito bite is very difficult for school going children.

I woke up due to upset stomach and started salivating heavily. Then had to vomit, early morning. no food in the stomach so only a little bit of brownish liquid came out. it has never happened before. usually, if I vomit it is because of food poisoning or something.. and food comes out.

My question is, is it Jaundice? What can be the other issue here? Do we use LFT for jaundice?

I am 22 weeks pregnant and having severe body pain since 4 days. Yesterday, I was admitted in hospital for 9 hours and they gave me injection. But, the pain isn’t going away. I am in severe pain in my entire body and I am taking painkillers but no relief yet. I got myself checked and my reports say that CRP is high. I want to know if that is a problem?

My doctor prescribed Vagibact vaginal cream with 7 applicators for 7 days but after the use of 4 applicators in 4 days, I got my periods on the 5th day. My question is can I continue using the remaining 3 applicators after the periods or should I start the new cream for 7 days continuously?

I had a cyst removed in 2018 from on my chin. The removal was completely painless and immediately the swelling was drastically reduced. Over the past few days the cyst has reappeared in the same place, so after going to my GP I have been prescribed a course of antibiotics. There doesn't have much effect. Would I have to for another removing cyst treatment or not? Because I don't want to be taking antibiotics unnecessarily

I have this wart on my nose, it started with a small spherical bump - that is the base of the wart now- and after some months two little stems went off through the bump. I'm wondering if the bump and the stems come from only one condition or if the bump was contaminated by a wart. What is the best treatment for removing this wart, please ? Thank you for any advice.

My maid's mother is suffering from Hepatitis A. Since it is contagious and besides being aware, I am not sure if they separate utensils or take care of important safety precautions. Also she is the one who looks after her mother quite closely. I am concerned because the girl does kitchen work too and I have kids in my home. Is it safe for her to continue doing chores or not? Which measures can be taken to ensure health safety of her and everyone else?

I have been getting a few random sharp pains, as someone poked me really hard in the left chest area (like around heart) then it would go. I have been doing light housework myself taking wallpaper off. So is it muscle or heart related? And should i take some test? What should i do.
