I think I am suffering from ocd during pregnancy, I am extremely anxious about every single thing happens every second. please tell me what to do ? I am so much depressed, it's seriously killing me inside. Please someone help

Female, 30 years of age, diagnosed as having seborrheic dermatitis from 15 years. Has been facing stubborn dandruff and scaly patches on scalp, eyebrows, folds at back of ears and chest. She has been using Selsun blue twice a week regularly but never had complete relief. Kindly suggest further treatment.

Salam everyone , I regularly do exercise and follow 5:2 diet plan but I'm still gaining weight day by day. My height is 5.4 and weight is 85kg.....I have severe backbone problem , dr. says control ur weight but my all efforts are in vain....kindly tell me which diet plan I follow or which excercise I do cause I cant do heavy excersies. What condition causes your hands and feet to have a burning sensation? The burning only affects my hands and feet. It starts when I am trying to go to sleep and it also wakes me up during the night. I either use a fan or cold, wet, rags to help ease it. There are times that nothing helps. Some nights I cant sleep at all. What do you call this and what can be done for it?
