My hand nails are turning yellow and people told me I look pale. I was on a diet from a long period of time and lost 16 kg weight. Now I'm not on dieting but can't heavy food because my stomach gets upset. Is there anything I can do to finish this pale color? any vitamins or iron supplements or diet?

For the last few days, I feel low especially in the morning when I woke up, feeling the bitter taste of mouth & nausea as well. Please suggest what to do or any lab test. Weight 70kg. I am having loads of issues with my body, Idk what to do. I want to be healthy. I got my ears pierced a week ago and wore those silver ear studs. My ear got swelled from where they were pierced and the steel back stopper got inside my ear. Now, the front of my ear stud came out but the back stopper is still inside my ear. How to take it out? Went to the Dr. He gave me a cream to use of swelling n said we will first treat swelling and when it gets normals we'll take them back out. What should I do it's painful now.
