Pain in right hand

I have pain in my right hand for the past three days. Proximally from the shoulder and distally to whole hand. Also radiates to the right scapular region. All pulses of right hand are palpable. And capillary refilling is there too. But there is numbness in my hand. What could be the possible reason for this?

Dear Patient,

Can you check the dermatome along which there is numbness? Is there any tingling as well? If there isnt, and if you can localize a dermatome, its best to get an Xray of C spine and write back to us with Photos of xray n reports to see if a nerve’s compressed. Meanwhile, you can do hot massages using a hot towel and apply the fastum gel to your c-Spine/nape of the neck, three times a daily with gentle pressure. You can take ponstan forte for pain twice a day. Avoid lifting heavy weights with the affected hand. Have fresh fruits, vegetables, egg & milk daily, 14 glasses of water/day.
