Dear Patient,

Im so sorry to hear this. Which kind of myopathy does she have?
The pain in her left leg is perhaps cause the disease has spread to those muscles. Apply any analgesic balm to her legs and do hot fomentation(sikayi) of affected areas. Is she taking painkillers? These may be causing the stomachache. You can give her 2tbsp gaviscon 3 times a day before meals
