Advice for Underweight

I'm 27 years old working out station where i'm unable to take proper balanced diet. Can you please suggest some worthy multi-vitamins or supplements that may fulfill my dietry requirement. The need of such multi vitamins or supplement is due to getting tired after working for 8 hours and being underweight, i.e., 56 kg.

Sure, i can recommend some good ones, in addition for tiredness i would like to advise you to increase water intake, take a fruit and vegetable daily(any you like, keep changing the type daily like one orange, next day apple, etc) test your cbc and vitamin D level to find out any deficiency. You can take tablet surbex Z for men once a day. This would be very useful for you. Take yogurt or milk daily. Keep some nuts and dates that you can snack on on the field as they are rich in energy and nutrients.
