After miscarriage

I need to ask something about my friend health. As her baby died inside her womb 2 months before normal delivery due to her sudden high blood pressure and she was operated with C-Section. Please tell me what she can for quick recovery? For lowering her bp? Which foods can she use for recovery? How she avoid complications after the c section? She was under job stress and did night duties during pregnancy. Please reply in details. Thanks

Dear Patient,

There is the same formula for all hypertensive people:
Avoid oily and fast foods. Take less salt in your foods. Avoid egg yolks.
Walk for 20mins daily.
Take fresh fruits and vegetables daily around 2-3 of each. Grapefruit also helps lower bp.
