Anal Fissures

I got anal fissures problem during pregnancy and they become swear during delivery. After delivery they become normal. But, I got my stomach upset and my fissures become disturbed. Now I am facing problem that whenever I am going to pass stole, mucus discharges from anal first and then stole passes. Why is this brownish thick mucus coming? A side of anal has also been swollen and I am going through a lot of pain. What should I do?

I would recommend you to get a blood CBC and stool DR test. Please see a medical specialist with reports
You can apply Xylocaine gel (before stool) and mycitracin ointment (after stool). Have ispaghol before breakfast daily. Eat wheatabix/fiber-rich cereals for breakfast. Eat fruits with their peel and have lots of water to pass soft stools.
