Arm muscles shaking

I am a 28 year old female. I work as a software engineer in a competitve company. Over few days, suddenly my arm muscles are shaking for a few seconds and it will be normal after sometime. Also sometimes, I am not feeling well. Are these the symptoms of diabetes or any other health issues?

Is it possible that you use the arm for long periods of time on the computer? Does your elbow have support under it when you work? Do you move your elbow and wrist joints in circles & in & out in between work? If not plz do so. Take syrup lederplex 1tbsp daily for 3 months.
What do you mean when you say “I feel unwell', Can you plz give us some details? What makes you think you have diabetes? Do your family members have diabetes? Kindly share these details.
