Asked for Male, 34 years

What to do with severe back pain from the last few days, was managing it anyhow but from last 2 days, it has become worst. Can't use any pain Killers. TIA

Dear Patient,

Have you tried hot and cold compressions? You can use an ice pack or a heat pack on your back for 20mins while lying flat on your stomach.
What kind of work do you do? It would be helpful to use Molty back support when driving and sitting at work. Why can't you use pain killers? If the pain is severe consider pain injections and physiotherapy. Consult with a good neurologist.
