Belly Fat

Hello, I am trying really hard to get rid of belly fats but unable to do so. I am 23, height: 5'7' and weight: 78kg. I don't eat much and now its Ramadhan and I have been doing 30-40 min walk at each night but haven't found any difference. What should I do? Any suggestions/recommendations. Thanks in advance

Dear Patient,

I'm sorry to hear that. Try having detox juices and detox water. Avoid fatty foods. Do exercises focusing on belly like planks, aerobics, etc. There are many exercise regimes available on YouTube as well. Look into those and do them regularly to see results.
