Blood Infection

My friend is having blood infection and low Hb and the blood can't be transfused. He also can't eat because he has no teeth, he can only drink. I need some guidance for a protein deficient buccal mucosa cancer patient's diet? Please guide about a diet plan for him as soon as possible?
