Can't concieve

Hi I want some help I had a misscarriage in May baby was 9 weeks and ended with no heartbeat since then Iv been trying to conceive but not conceived. Anyone got any suggestions what things I could take I have also very low anemia and vitiman D?

Dear Patient,

Normally, after a miscarriage the chances of conceiving again increase. However, if you have been trying for a few mths and are unable to perhaps you should take a break, go on a short trip to relax and try casually without overthinking things.
Can you share your cbc and vitamin D reports so we can see the levels?
If vitamin D is below 20, You can take In drop D Injections once a week orally or as I/M injections for four weeks and then repeat your vitamin D test.
