Diet for High ESR

Asked for Male, 35 years

I want to know about a person having High ESR. RA FACTORS are negative. while CRP is 4.1 Muscle stiffness & swelling on & off. Uric acid is also normal. I want a proper Diet Chart about what fruits & vegetables are good for him & what type of food he may avoid. Dr. prescribed to avoid meat n egg only.
