Dizziness and Head Spinning

My father 71 years had a brain stroke 3 years ago. After treatment he got ok. Now he is suffering dizziness and head spinning. He is using a d-vert tablet and prazosin for high blood pressure. He feels gassy and cold on/off. What should I do for him? Please suggest
