Excessive xrays

I am an 18 year old male. I am obese with weight 135 kg. I got plenty of test done in a single year. In March of 2014 I got my CT scan of full abdomen followed by five chest x-rays in 2014-15, mainly in March 2015. One CT scan brain plain in April and bone densitometry scan in June and a CT PNS in October (yesterday). Now I am scared to go and meet a doctor. I am absolutely worried of getting cancer because of radiation of repeated xrays. Please tell what to do

Can you kindly tell me what were the reasons behind each of these scans? What symptoms were you experiencing and what were the doctors’ rationale for performing these tests?
Are you currently experiencing any symptoms for which you want to go meet a doctor?
Although radiation may cause a higher risk of developing cancer sometimes, sometimes even normal levels of exposure to rays can cause cancer. There is no cut-off. Certain cancers may appear early or late. It isn't a MUST that people exposed to rays get cancer every time.
