Feeling low and upset

I feel tired and agitated most of the times. I don't understand the reason behind feeling lethargic all the time despite my job is not so demanding, just 12 hours of work and travel and it's not so exerting. I can sleep 4 hours, anymore than this gives me headache. Also I can on my eat only one light meal a day otherwise I puke. The only thing significant is a major negative life event in last 10 days but I've had most of these problems from before that?
