Inchiness inside of anal

With reference to previous answer of Dr Benish. I'm having inchiness inside the anal area and around side area of anal while passing stool.. I have taken all medicine and also used all kind of gel on anal area. But nothing really work out. Becaus of this ichiness i'm getting weak. Some doctor or surgeon say that i'm having first degree piles. But why these medicine and gel are not working out. Also i did sit on hot water tub. Please help me

Im sorry to hear that. A doctor who has examined you has a better knowledge of the disease. You may want to follow up with the dr again if you have tried everything to avoid constipation, if you do hot tub sitz baths twice a day and regularly apply gel maybe its time to consider a short surgical procedure like banding to cure the problem. Consider meeting a general surgeon. Also take tablet vermox 100mg twice a day for three days to deworm yourself.
