Increase HB level

I am having a throat and mouth allergy frequently. Don't know the cause. Recently I got it again. Its third time in six months, I ate chicken regularly like three days straight a few days back. Now my dr stops me to eat meat and egg, I am 11 weeks pregnant, the hb count is 9, so what food should be taken that will increase the hb count as well will not affect baby weight.
