Intense Pain

I have been taking tegral 200 mg for my mouth pain as dentist has diagnosed it as triggmenal neuralgia. Now the intensity of pain has been increased and tegral is no more effective. So what should I do now for this pain? Should I complete the course of this medicine or should I change it?

Dear Patient,

Tegral 200mg is taken once a day or upto 3 times per day to make a total of 600mg/day?? If so try taking 400mg dose, 3 times a day to make upto 1200mg/day dose. Do not exceed this dose and see if it helps. If not then you may visit our specialists.
