Lower Back Pain

From the last 3 days, I am having a heavy pain in my lower back. It makes me unable to walk or sit. 1 year back it happened and I visited a doctor and he gave me a 6 months treatment. After 1 year, I am having a same problem but this time my left leg is not able move freely. My MRI report shows that the l4 and l5 has a disc degeneration. Can any specialist related to this field tell what is the actual diagnosis and what should I do?

Im sorry to hear this. Its unusual to have a prolonged treatment of 6mths for a shortterm pain history unless the disease is such. Can you plz share his diagnosis and a clear photo of your MRI scans and report so we can conclude the reason for your pain?
We would strongly recommend you to Kindly consult a neurologist at the earliest for treatment. He will suggest to you to get some physiotherapy and apply hot massages to your back along with pain killers. These will help you feel much better. Thanks
