Lower Back Pain

Some kind of severe pain was occurred in my lower back while i was trying to pick up a fridge almost two months ago but that pain is still in effect in my lower back and creates problem whenever i bow or pick some kind of weight.

Dear Patient,

I'm sorry to hear of your pain. It seems you may have triggered a muscle spasm or a more concerning spinal injury. please perform a CT scan of your lumbar spine (AP and Lateral views) if the pain is severe and see a specialist.
Alternatively you could apply voltral gel and use a 'medical belt for lower back'available at your local pharmacy. While sitting at home/car/work you could use a molty foam back cushion easily available in stores. For future please lift objects as recommended here.
