I am feeling nauseous, very sensitive to light, throbbing pain in head and even I feel it in my hair. Sleep deprived no matter how much I tried but still I can’t sleep, eyes are burning, blurry vision, yawning, mood swings. Unfortunately, migraine is an extremely painful condition and no one treatment is suitable for all patients.
You can try using 1 tablet Synflex for pain along with 1 tablet gravinate for nausea. Avoid sound n light. Take plenty of rest. Avoid long periods without eating proper meals. Hydrate with ample water as dehydration may cause this.
1 remedy patients find helpful is to sit with your feet dipped in hot water and your head facing down with a cold pack on your neck(below back of the head) this improves blood flow n reduces headache & symptoms.
