Migraine Problem

Im having migraines for last 10yrs. The frequency vary between once every few months to twice a week. I’ve gone to several doctors and neurologists and have tried all sorts of migraine medications with not much success. I normally wake up with them. The pain is always in my left eye brow, my left eye, behind my left eye, and bone of my left eye socket, and the top of both the bottom and top of my teeth (only on my left side). I also get nauseous and vomit. Im having PCOS and anovulation

Unfortunately, there isn't much we can do except try to shortlist and eliminate foods that cause your symptoms, try seeing if there is a correlation between certain foods like chocolates, coffee in your headaches. Try to dip your feet in a hot tub of water and put a bag of ice/frozen peas on the nape of your neck with your head down when you feel an attack of a migraine coming. I would advise you to continue taking medication for headaches and nausea and look up home remedies you can try for migraine. You could see a specialist if this doesn't help.
