Nausea with Food

I used to love samosa and tea! But from last 2 years I feel like if I take more than half a cup if tea I will vomit, same goes for samosa, nimco and a halwapuri thing which if I take close to my mouth its smell gives me a signal of stomach fullness even if I am hungry for food. Why? My appetite is fine. I'm 19 years old.

I'm so sorry to hear that. Sometimes we develop a strange aversion to certain foods. It might be due to a prior sickness you may have had after consuming those things.
Or it might be an unusual period of this aversion that will improve in some years. For now just avoid these foods and walk regularly. Take a healthier diet and with time if you go back to this diet you may feel better.
