1- use hot water bag/hot towels and apply for te fifteen mins to affected area
2- use onesoft, fluffy but firm pillow to sleep with support to your neck
3. apply olgan/moov gel three times a day
4- take tablet ponstan forte twice daily for a week
5- gently move neck in all directiions during hot therapy.
