Neck stiffness

I have problem in my left side of neck and muscular pain below left shoulder (back side) .there is Neck stiffness too

Dear Patient,

When did this pain start? How many pillows do you use at bedtime? Do you play any sports? Do you lift any heavy objects regularly? Do you have any sugar, blood pressure or any other known illnesses?
Please use one plump, firm but soft pillow to sleep with ample support to the neck. Apply warm massages using a hot water bag or hot towels. Take tab ponstan forte twice daily for one week. Apply fastum gel to the area three times daily.
