Need Advice

Asked for Female, 23 years

My sister is 18 years old! Last year in December! While taking bath, she got unconscious and white froth was coming out of the mouth and then she got consciousness after 15 to 20 mins.. Then she had a sever headache. But she got normal after that.. She has no other medical history. Now today, she faced again the same situation as stated above while taking bath. Doctor suggested us to go to neurophysician. I want doctor's suggestions and is there something to worry about?
