Non ideal BMI

I am 16 years old, my height is 4'9 and my current weight is 60kg. According to everyone I am obese and the obesity has especially targeted me on the lower abdomen and thighs. I have very few cardiac or such sort of activity due to current academic burden. Kindly suggest any sort of diet or precaution or tip which I can follow to achieve the ideal BMI according to my age group. Thanks in anticipation!

Dear Patient,

Im sure you can take out 15mins atleast 3 days a week to walk briskly enough to sweat a little. Atleast walk for 3days first. In addition leave all fizzy drinks, junk like chips juice cookies chocolates and avoid fast food. Eat homecooked meals and reduce portion size with more fruits and vegetables. If possible leave rice and roti as well. These simple measures can give you a very good weightloess in few mths. For an idealised chart visit a nutritionist near you.
